From the Field to the Boardroom: Randolph Hoover Joins TCIA Board of Directors 

The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) has announced that Randolph Hoover, CEO of XKIG, has been appointed to its 2026 Board of Directors. Hoover was confirmed during TCIA’s February board meeting, bringing decades of experience and a deep commitment to advancing the tree care industry. 

For Xylem Tree Experts, part of the XKIG portfolio of companies, this appointment reflects something bigger than a title. It represents a continued commitment to the standards, safety, and service that define our work every day in the field. 

With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Hoover has helped guide the growth of XKIG into a coast-to-coast utility infrastructure organization. That leadership is grounded in the same principles that drive our crews: safety, accountability, and doing the job the right way.

Through his role on the TCIA Board, Hoover will help shape industry priorities, promote best practices, and support the professionals who keep our communities powered and safe.
