Xylem Safety Training

 

To ensure Xylem Tree Expert employees make safety the priority, and to understand the “Surrounded by Safety” culture, we have developed a progressive training strategy. All employees receive training through our safety department upon being hired. Employee are further trained according to their position. Weekly tailgate safety meeting are performed every Monday and continuous on the job training and documentation is done daily. Training is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations in addition to corporate and customer policies as well as Industry "Best Practices".
